He said it's a way forward towards over all development of Jammu as Independent tourist destination.Charak said that with the running of train to Katra, Jammu traders suffered a lot because of the lack of developmental and attraction centers at Jammu.Bahu Fort is pictrious town situated in the city along River Tawi. It is just 2 kilometer far from Railway Station and Bus Stand. Landscape of the town is unmatched to any other city in country. The Bagh-E Bahu Garden and North India's bigger underground fish aquarium makes it standout but unfortunately, the town not gets its due in development. If shrine board is constituted the area will be develop as prime touris attraction , with upcoming projects like 7D theater, Bahu-Mubarak Mandi Rope way project and laser show.
He said we have been demanding Shrine Board for Mata Maha Kali Temple for developing facilities as well as Bawe Wali Mata Temple since 1997 but the all successive government has so far has paid no heed to the matter."There is some conspiracy to put the demand on back burner to save the interest of a particular family (priests of the temple), who looted the wealth of temple with impunity from years," he said. "It is unfortunate that again we have to launch agitation," he said. He said the annual income of temple's above 100 croes rupees but unfortunately the whole money goes to a single family. The members of family run business establishments buy luxury properties in and outside the state and not even pay any tax as donation money is unaccounted.
