Misbehavior with security forces unbearable & intolerable: SSH

JAMMU: Video of CRPF personnel being heckled and kicked by unidentified youth, who are also heard asking them to raise "Go India, Go back" slogans deserves sternest action against the accused so that no one in future can dare to even touch our security forces who are fighting anti-national forces at the cost of their lives. This was stated by state President Shiv Sena Hindustan State President, Pt. Rajesh Kesri while addressing media persons in Jammu. The video is a reflection of the reality they face in Kashmir every day and are under so much stress to operate.
Still, troops exercise maximum restraint in all situations. But all those who are taking undue advantage of this situation may face serious repercussions once their patience is lost while facing such situations in future, he said.
I just want to express my gratitude to the Indian Army for taking care of us. I often hear news of our soldiers being killed while protecting us and this fills my heart with emotion.
I can't even imagine the pain you and your family go through throughout your journey to fight for our country. I don't even know whether it is correct to call it "our" country because you are the people who are taking care of it and we are just busy in making our lives better. Security personals deserve respect and appreciation as they are so selfless that they are ready to give up their comfortable lives fighting for the people they don't even know.
I guess it takes a lot of courage and humanity to make such a selfless decision. Without saying much, I just want to thank you and your family from the bottom of my heart for giving us the life we are living, Kesri added.
Very few people understand what serving in the armed forces feel like. Sometimes, the army needs a little appreciation, a little acknowledgement, from the civilians for whom they've been laying down their lives to protect. It is highly illogical to not tell the nation, which was already agitated against Pakistan, how our brave army avenged our martyrs.
When Jammu and Kashmir saw the worst floods in decades, Indian Army came to the rescue. Knowing that these are the people brainwashed into hating their own country, that these people throw and injure you every day, they saved thousands of civilians, without any grudge. They save the people, they try to maintain peace and harmony for their own benefits, and yet they are pelted stones upon, he regretted.
Our highly capable armed forces keep all invaders and the enemies of our country at bay. We must thank them for this. When the civilians think about enjoying their lives and making a place in the society during their young age, the Jawans in the armed forces spend their youth, their peak time of life, between bullets and harsh weather.
When they retire, they have a tough time finding a job and making a place in the society.
If we can't join the army and protect our fellow Indians, we should at least show them respect and appreciation. Let's decide today that we'll always take proud in our Armed Forces.
We'll show them respect, by ways possible for a civilian, Kesri remarked.
